The Session Law Firm represents several non-profit organizations.
Our non-profit clients foster greater economic and community
development in several neighborhoods throughout the District of
Columbia, and serve to address the social, economic, and educational
needs of its fellow citizens. To that end, the Session Law Firm often
provides legal consultation and advice to newly established
non-profit organizations in areas such as corporate formation,
organizational bylaws, and assistance with obtaining tax exempt
status under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
